3 Kings Statue in Chiang Mai The sculpture stands in the centre of the walled city  in front of the old provincial administration building ( now housing the City Art & Cultural Centre ). It represents the ' Three Kings ':- King Mengrai,  founder of Chiang Mai; King Ramkamhaeng of Sukothai;  and King Ngam Muang of Payao.
